My Holistic Approach

I became a trauma-informed somatic therapist to harness the healing power of mind and body practices. My experience with traditional yoga led me to somatic therapy, where I realised the body heals trauma alongside the mind. In my sessions, I integrate both traditional and somatic therapeutic techniques for comprehensive healing, believing that treating mind and body as one can lead to true, complete healing.
