I’m Ali, a holistic counsellor and yoga teacher specialising in integrating mind and body for nervous system regulation and healing stress and trauma.
I believe healing happens when the body feels safe enough to soften, and that safety comes from being deeply seen, heard, and respected.

Connect with My Vision
I became a trauma-informed somatic therapist to harness the healing power of mind and body practices. My experience with traditional yoga led me to holistic counselling, where I realised the body heals trauma alongside the mind. In my sessions, I integrate both traditional yoga teachings and somatic therapeutic techniques for comprehensive healing, believing that treating mind and body as one can lead to true, complete healing.
